With the rapid growth of power grid load and continuous access impact load, range system frequency fluctuation has increased sharply, rendering it difficult to meet demand for recovery through primary modulation alone. Given this headache, an optimal control strategy battery energy storage participating in secondary regulation is proposed paper based on a double-layer structure.
